Senior Project Manager (Renewable Energy)

Location: US, Conshohocken, Pennsylvania; travel to project locations up to 30%

Salary: $138,000–$172,550 per year, plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Oversee high-impact distributed generation and utility-scale photovoltaic solar and energy storage projects from development through construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Define RFPs and EPC scopes of work, lead EPC selection, and negotiate construction contracts with legal, contract management, and subject-matter teams.
• Manage contractor schedules, budgets, scopes, subcontractors, EHS plans, permits, quality control, and contractual deliverables.
• Coordinate utility interconnection, testing, permitting, jurisdictional approvals, and project documentation.
• Lead collaboration among engineering, commissioning, procurement, asset management, legal, finance, accounting, EPC contractors, utilities, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct project status meetings, inspections, executive reporting, and construction-to-operations turnover activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or an equivalent field.
• At least 10 years of professional project management experience in renewable energy construction.
• Experience with utility-scale photovoltaic solar construction, EPC contract negotiations, photovoltaic design standards, and civil and structural technical requirements.
• Strong proficiency with CPM scheduling, project planning, stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project locations up to 30%.
