Salary: $133,847–$194,078 per year

What you will do

• Lead project controls personnel, including schedulers, cost analysts, specialists, and third-party consultants.
• Develop, control, and analyze Critical Path Method schedules, cost forecasts, budgets, and project risk analyses.
• Manage scheduling workloads and ensure timely delivery of schedules, forecasts, risk registers, dashboards, S-curves, and histograms.
• Analyze project data and provide concise, actionable recommendations to project management teams.
• Ensure contractual project controls obligations are met and support contract evaluation, creation, and change management.
• Provide performance evaluations, time approval, recruitment support, and mentorship for project controls personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent education or experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in construction project controls, including scheduling, project cost, or project risk analysis.
• Previous experience leading senior-level individual contributors.
• Experience with CPM schedules, cost and schedule forecasting, risk management, and change management.
