Senior Product Manager (xP&A)

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $124,000–$156,000 USD annual base salary; additional bonus eligibility may apply.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Extended Planning & Analysis.
• Analyze customer needs, market opportunities, competitive trends, and product feedback to guide prioritization.
• Engage with customers and prospects to understand challenges and translate insights into product requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Track adoption and outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support product launches, go-to-market initiatives, customer adoption, and industry engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience defining product strategy and delivering products that achieve measurable business results.
• Understanding of planning, analytics, finance, or enterprise software markets.
• Comfort working directly with customers and collaborating across functions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with xP&A, FP&A, EPM, CPM, ERP, analytics, or financial software.
• Knowledge of Office of the CFO technologies and workflows.
• Exposure to AI-enabled products and data-driven decision platforms.
