Senior International Benefits Manager, EMEA

What you will do

• Own the full benefits lifecycle across EMEA, including procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor and broker management, and employee support.
• Partner with Legal, Payroll, Product, Customer Experience, and Revenue teams to launch benefits in new EMEA markets.
• Build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers; negotiate terms and evaluate plan options.
• Track enrollment, utilization, and cost data and use insights to improve plan design and report on portfolio health.
• Develop the operating cadence for international benefits, including cross-functional coordination, stakeholder reporting, goal-setting, and process design.
• Represent benefits in country expansion planning and client-facing discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in international benefits, with deep knowledge of EMEA markets, including the UK, EU, and expansion markets.
• Experience with benefits procurement, renewals, broker and vendor management, and plan design across multiple countries.
• Experience supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets.
• Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments, employee benefits, and statutory requirements.
• Experience managing broker and carrier relationships, including RFPs, renewals, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to analyze enrollment, utilization, and cost data and translate findings into recommendations, with program or project management experience.
