Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom, with approximately 50% of working time in the office

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the MyBenefits platform across 48 countries with Benifex and BCG’s Product team.
- Lead end-to-end technology design and implementation for global Benefits Renewals, including scope, timelines, platform builds, data accuracy, and change requests.
- Manage BCG’s largest annual UK Benefits Renewal project from the July kick-off through the January payroll cycle.
- Govern platform change requests, prioritize work, track delivery, and escalate material risks and decisions.
- Coordinate platform enhancements, integrations, implementations, and upgrades with HR, Workday, Payroll, Tax, Product, and local teams.
- Monitor platform performance and provider service levels, investigate discrepancies, and drive operational improvements.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in global benefits operations or a global HR Center of Excellence function.
- Strong knowledge of benefits operations, processes, and market considerations.
- Hands-on experience administering HR technology platforms and managing operational changes.
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
- Experience working with global teams, external providers, payroll, data processes, Workday, or system integrations.
- Ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology providers.
