Senior Enterprise Solutions Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York or the San Francisco Bay Area, United States

Salary: $176,000–$207,000 USD per year, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operational delivery for complex, high-value enterprise AI engagements across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Align commercial teams, executive clients, technical leads, engineering teams, and delivery stakeholders around requirements and business outcomes.
• Partner with technical leads as the operational counterpart, coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring execution quality.
• Run and optimize agile technical delivery ceremonies, including cross-functional stand-ups, sprint planning, and Jira backlog grooming.
• Advise VP- and C-suite-level client stakeholders using data-driven insights, KPIs, business cases, and operational ROI analysis.
• Build zero-to-one delivery frameworks and processes while mentoring Enterprise Solutions Managers and operational teams.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of analytical and operational leadership experience in top-tier management consulting or a high-growth technology environment.
• Experience advising and influencing C-level and VP-level stakeholders on complex enterprise accounts.
• Proven success building complex operations, delivery frameworks, and scalable processes from scratch for multi-million-dollar enterprise programs.
• Strong project management skills, including breaking down highly ambiguous initiatives into actionable workstreams.
• Experience gathering requirements from commercial or go-to-market teams and partnering with technical leadership and engineers on software, automation, or AI solutions.
• Ability to mentor team members, build delivery capability, take ownership, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
