Sr. Technical Project Manager (AI)

Salary: Base compensation in the low to mid $100ks annually.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic software development projects within the Legal Marketing portfolio.
• Lead technical design reviews, project planning, scheduling, dependency management, and delivery decisions.
• Own scope, sequencing, resourcing, issue management, launch readiness, and delivery quality.
• Manage stakeholder communication on project progress, risks, health, and KPI movement.
• Use AI agents for planning, ticket drafting, risk detection, knowledge extraction, dependency monitoring, and launch-readiness analysis.
• Operate AI evaluations, monitor agent health, provide structured tooling feedback, and champion adoption across project teams.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of technical project management experience at a technology company, including 2+ years leading software development projects with schedules and deadlines.
• Practical experience using LLM-based agents or AI workflows in production team workflows.
• Experience evaluating AI systems for accuracy, faithfulness, and drift detection.
• Technical depth to read engineering design proposals, understand prompt and tooling decisions, and participate in architecture discussions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional software development projects using agile methodologies and standard planning, roadmapping, and issue-tracking tools.
• BS/BA degree required, preferably in computer science or another technical discipline.

• Experience applying an AI-first gating principle in partnership with engineering.
• Experience with structured knowledge extraction or retrieval-augmented systems.
• Scrum Master, Scaled Agilist, or PMP certification.
• Experience driving new tooling or process adoption within engineering teams.
• Experience communicating project status and risks to senior stakeholders.
