What you will do

• Lead technical design reviews and planning using AI agents to identify unstated assumptions and optimize schedules.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including task planning, scope coverage, dependency resolution, and launch quality.
• Drive stakeholder communication on project health and KPI movement using AI-powered status synthesizers.
• Operate and monitor AI agent health through evaluations (accuracy, faithfulness, drift) to inform redesigns.
• Champion the adoption of AI tooling within engineering teams and provide structured feedback for tool improvements.
• Capture and organize project decisions and system context into the program-level knowledge pipeline.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in El Segundo, California
• 4–5 years of technical project management experience at a tech company, including 2+ years leading software development (preferably SaaS).
• Practical experience implementing LLM-based agents or AI workflows in production team environments.
• Experience using evaluations for AI systems to monitor agent health and accuracy.
• Technical depth to read engineering design proposals and follow complex architecture discussions.
• BS/BA degree required, preferably in computer science or a technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with structured knowledge extraction or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Scrum Master, Scaled Agilist, or PMP Certification.
• Experience driving adoption of new tooling or processes within engineering teams.
• Proven track record of communicating status and risk to senior stakeholders.
