Total Rewards System Analyst (Workday): Managing, configuring, and optimizing SaaS-based HR platforms such as Workday while supporting HR technology implementations and maintenance with an accent on requirements management, system testing, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on integrating HR systems, evaluating platform releases, automating HR processes with AI tools, and improving system functionality and user experience.

What you will do
- Configure, integrate, optimize, and maintain SaaS-based Total Rewards HR systems such as Workday.
- Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements, including system designs and business rules.
- Conduct regression and user acceptance testing, manage release notes, and validate post-deployment changes.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR Operations, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to assess needs and resolve system issues.
- Support HR digital transformation initiatives, technology roadmap planning, and workflow automation using emerging technologies and AI tools.
- Monitor Workday releases and service updates, evaluating their relevance and proposing adoption strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of progressive experience in HRIS or HR technology roles.
- Direct experience deploying and maintaining SaaS-based HR systems.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining SaaS-based HR systems, with a strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and compliance requirements.
- Analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Ability to collaborate, prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, mentor junior analysts, and promote knowledge sharing.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-based HR tools and enterprise ticketing or change management systems.
- Experience with enterprise workflow automation platforms.
- Workday Pro, SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
