Associate Specialist, People Operations (iGaming)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for employee questions about HR policies and processes.
• Investigate and resolve employee concerns, escalating issues when needed and following up through resolution.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports in Workday.
• Support post-offer hiring and onboarding, including contracts, background checks, and Day One preparation.
• Perform right-to-work checks, policy audits, documentation reviews, and other compliance activities.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to People Solution Center projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, employee support, customer service, or a related people-focused role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Role location: Mexico.
