Human Resources Services Manager (Mexico Employment Law)

Location: Remote in Mexico

What you will do

• Act as the main HR contact for workers and global clients throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, retirements, employment transfers, and other GEO HR processes.
• Develop and maintain legally compliant employment contracts, policies, handbooks, procedures, and working conditions.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance management, terminations, transfers, promotions, and career progression.
• Manage monthly payroll with the local payroll team and coordinate compliant benefits with providers.
• Identify process gaps, mitigate risks, and provide employment-law updates and HR guidance to internal teams and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably in an international company.
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations relevant to HR responsibilities in Mexico.
• Experience managing employment terminations and advising on complex employment relations issues.
• Excellent spoken and written Spanish and English.
