Senior Lead, Software Engineering - Workday HCM Compensation Specialist (Workday)

What you will do

• Provide functional expertise and leadership for Workday HCM Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions.
• Design, configure, test, implement, and enhance Workday HR systems and annual compensation processes.
• Lead global merit and bonus cycles, salary administration, eligibility, communications, training, and related data interfaces.
• Act as a Workday subject matter expert during product releases, system updates, audits, and issue resolution.
• Create dashboards for business leaders and maintain data quality, accuracy, and review processes.
• Translate business and technical requirements into solution blueprints while supporting stakeholders across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree or advanced certifications is preferred.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday SME configuring and maintaining HCM Core and Advanced Compensation modules.
• Experience leading Core and Advanced Compensation cycles and deploying multiple Workday HCM implementations.
• Knowledge of HR processes across HCM, payroll, benefits, time tracking, recruiting, and security.
• Experience supporting HCM Core, Staffing/Onboarding, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
• Workday Core HR and Workday Compensation certifications, along with strong communication skills for executive and client engagement.
