Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Richmond, Michigan, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operational, security, risk, and regulatory activities for the branch.
• Lead and coach colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues, and achieve budgeted production goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios, deepen relationships, and make referrals to relevant bank partners.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers through business development, community involvement, and calling programs.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring, develop colleagues, and build internal, business, and community partnerships.
• Monitor branch and digital-channel sales, service, operations, and financial performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, and colleague development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Current full-time work authorization in the United States is required.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to improve retention.
