What you will do

• Manage branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead, coach, recruit, and develop branch colleagues.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer relationships and coordinate referrals across the bank.
• Drive customer acquisition, business development, calling programs, and community relationships.
• Oversee branch processes while maintaining operational, security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Educate colleagues on banking products, services, technology, and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
• Strong verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to improve retention.
