What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operational, security, risk, and regulatory activities for the branch.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve budgeted production goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships through referrals and proactive outreach.
• Develop consumer and business relationships through calling programs, community involvement, and internal partnerships.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring to maintain appropriate branch staffing.
• Monitor branch sales, service, operational, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and process management.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other banking technology.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to increase retention.
