TL;DR
Global Development Product Lead, GU (Oncology): Leading global product and clinical development strategy for an oncology asset across genitourinary and gynecology indications with an accent on clinical development planning, regulatory engagement, and cross-functional governance. Focus on integrating clinical, regulatory, statistical, safety, and commercial inputs, managing risks and budgets, and driving development milestones toward approvals.

Location: United States - Pennsylvania - Collegeville. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S. by any employer. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.

Salary: $295,900–$493,100 annual base salary, plus a 30% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

  • Lead the Global Product Team and Global Development Team for an oncology asset in the genitourinary and gynecology portfolio.
  • Own the clinical development plan, including strategy, execution, milestones, decision points, and product value optimization.
  • Coordinate regulatory, statistical, clinical pharmacology, safety, and commercial inputs into clinical trial design and development decisions.
  • Manage program budgets, risks, issues, contingencies, resources, and funding opportunities.
  • Lead health authority interactions, governance discussions, advisory board input, and product communications.
  • Set team objectives, support talent management, and align cross-functional stakeholders with Oncology strategy.

Requirements

  • MD with at least 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, academic, or medical research environments.
  • Experience in Oncology is required.
  • Proven ability to lead data-driven strategy planning and implementation across a matrix organization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, decision-making, business, staff management, and mentoring skills.
  • Experience working with corporate partners and alliance management.
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • Experience with early- and late-stage product development programs, regulatory filings such as BLA/NDA and sBLA/sNDA, product launches, and lifecycle management.
