Director, Treasury Management Sales (Banking)

What you will do

• Coordinate the cash management sales program and set marketing strategies and sales objectives.
• Develop new cash management business, expand existing customer relationships, and ensure high-quality account servicing.
• Work with treasury management and product development teams to introduce products responding to market and technology needs.
• Lead cash management sales officers and service representatives, including staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Analyze competitive banking products and recommend product enhancements and line-of-business strategies.
• Manage departmental budgets, policies, compliance, customer relationships, and assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Management, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of cash management sales experience covering all related sales functions.
• At least 8 years of management experience with demonstrated leadership, motivation, and decision-making skills.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cash management sales and banking, including financial analysis, bank products, operations, and federal banking regulations.
• Strong analytical, business development, customer service, communication, organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing complex cash management accounts.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows applications and PC applications such as Excel.
