What you will do

• Own technical architecture for enterprise and regulated-industry deployments from discovery through a signed statement of work.
• Design self-hosted, on-premises, and air-gapped deployments for customer-specific security requirements.
• Lead technical discovery with customer infrastructure and compliance teams.
• Define migration paths from multiple legacy tools, including data-loss considerations.
• Partner with sales on live deals and with engineering on scoped product-gap requests.
• Prepare and answer security questionnaires and technical documentation for customer teams.

Requirements

• Experience designing and defending technical architecture to skeptical buyers.
• Understanding of self-hosted and on-premises deployment, networking, SSO, and identity federation beyond basic Docker Compose usage.
• Ability to translate security questionnaires and compliance requirements into concrete deployment decisions.
• Comfort serving as the technical voice on sales calls, including communicating limitations.
• Ability to write technical documentation that customer engineers can follow independently.
• Experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical account management for regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Contributions to hirify.global or another open-source project used by others.
• Experience supporting banking, defense, healthcare, or air-gapped deployments.
• Knowledge of AI-agent permissioning and auditing in enterprise environments.
