Maintenance Facilities Manager

Location: Pueblo, Colorado, United States; on-site five days per week

Annual base salary: $75,700.00–$135,834.99

What you will do

• Supervise maintenance employees and lead daily production operations and work-team coordination.
• Assign maintenance personnel, allocate resources, provide work direction, and collaborate with team leaders and plant management.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, troubleshoot machine breakdowns, and minimize equipment downtime.
• Execute production schedules while meeting customer requirements, quality standards, schedule compliance, and cost objectives.
• Improve throughput, cycle time, inventory levels, and processes, coordinating deviations from standard conditions.
• Manage maintenance and production projects, tracking milestones, budgets, risks, performance, and progress through regular reports.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in maintenance or project management.
• Previous experience in a team leadership role; one to two years strongly preferred.
• Understanding and application of Lean principles and/or Six Sigma.
• Excellent verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
