Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; travel required more than 25% of the time

Base salary: $117,249–$144,837 annually, plus variable compensation tied to performance metrics

What you will do

• Lead maintenance personnel responsible for the integrity of buildings, grounds, machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Manage maintenance activities through the CMMS and ensure Maintenance Excellence policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide technical leadership across shifts, resolve maintenance problems, and coordinate team communication.
• Manage spare parts, shop supplies, tooling, vendors, equipment services, and purchasing activities.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping programs and support compliance with DNR, DOT, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local municipal requirements.
• Plan facility expansions, utility projects, machinery rebuilds and upgrades, new equipment installations, plant layout changes, and emission permit applications.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety in industrial manufacturing.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification.
• Project management skills and the ability to support continuous improvement.
