Senior Manager - NA Facilities and Maintenance (Manufacturing)

Location: Syracuse, NY, United States. The role supports multiple North American sites and requires travel of up to 30%.

Salary: $95,398–$167,770 per year, with a potential annual or quarterly company bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term facility plans, capital improvements, and regional sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, process equipment, and critical building systems.
• Evaluate and implement preventive-maintenance, building-automation, and fire-system software integrations across North American and Asia-Pacific sites.
• Manage national and regional vendors, including contract negotiations, audits, performance monitoring, and consolidation initiatives.
• Plan and control regional maintenance, supplies, construction, and renovation budgets.
• Lead complex multi-site projects such as office relocations, facility closures, and workspace reconfigurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and capital-project implementation.
• 3–5 years of facilities and maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Ability to manage systems and implement standardized approaches in complex manufacturing environments.
• Must comply with US export-control policies and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements.
