IT Business Analyst - Zurich Asuransi Indonesia (Insurance)

What you will do

• Gather business requirements and analyze customer processes and insurance products.
• Bridge business and IT stakeholders and collaborate with solution architects and suppliers.
• Review and validate technical designs, supplier estimates, specifications, and project deliverables.
• Estimate effort and costs for new application functionality.
• Support implementation activities, troubleshoot environmental issues, and provide training.
• Respond to application problem tickets and support user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, policy administration, claims, or underwriting.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
