Senior Product Analyst

What you will do

• Research customers, product metrics, market landscapes, and internet trends to identify product gaps.
• Generate ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and increase conversion.
• Write product specifications, evaluate trade-offs, and conduct what-if scenario analyses.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations to scope and implement new features.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a data analyst, product manager, or programmer in a startup environment.
• SQL is required, together with a solid technical background and understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
• English communication skills are required.
• Strong intuition for user behavior and the ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to follow initiatives through execution.
