Process Improvement Executive - Ops (Fintech)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

What you will do

• Analyze existing customer service operations processes and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments, functions, and third parties to design efficient workflows.
• Monitor project implementation, deliverables, and KPIs to measure improvement impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and other teams to implement process changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Business Excellence, Operations Excellence, or Project Management.
• Experience in service operations, preferably in fintech or e-commerce.
• Experience managing cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, process mapping tools such as Draw.io, and workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with automation tools.
