What you will do
- Research customers, product metrics, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify product gaps.
- Generate ideas to improve market share, customer experience, growth, and conversion.
- Write product specifications, evaluate trade-offs, and conduct what-if scenario analysis.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations to implement new features.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a data analyst, product manager, or programmer in a startup environment.
- Strong technical background with SQL as a must-have skill.
- Understanding of or hands-on experience with software development.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to understand user behavior and develop product and marketing strategies.
