What you will do

• Research customers, product metrics, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify product gaps.
• Generate ideas to improve market share, customer experience, growth, and conversion.
• Write product specifications, evaluate trade-offs, and conduct what-if scenario analysis.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations to implement new features.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a data analyst, product manager, or programmer in a startup environment.
• Strong technical background with SQL as a must-have skill.
• Understanding of or hands-on experience with software development.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to understand user behavior and develop product and marketing strategies.
