What you will do

• Source, research, and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, monitor order status, and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse staff, and conduct inventory audits.
• Analyze purchasing data, prepare supplier and inventory reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, production, and product development teams on purchasing needs and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Ability to perform desk-based computer work, occasional standing or walking, and light lifting of less than 10 pounds.
