Senior Release Manager (ERP)

What you will do

• Evolve the Enterprise Release Management process across Enterprise Systems.
• Establish standardized governance, release calendars, templates, documentation, and best practices.
• Coordinate complex cross-functional releases involving business owners, technical teams, ERP consultants, architects, delivery managers, QA teams, and external partners.
• Drive release readiness through Go/No-Go decisions, dependency management, risk tracking, approvals, and implementation planning.
• Improve release reliability, standardization, coordination, and readiness for future automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management, or Project Management.
• Experience working in complex Enterprise Systems environments.
• Experience coordinating releases across ERP platforms such as D365 F&O, AX, SAP, or similar.
• Ability to manage cross-system dependencies without owning the technical deployment.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and structured release governance.
• Ability to align business and technology stakeholders around shared release objectives.
