Delivery Manager

Location: Finland; regular travel and onsite presence required for at least 50% of the time during critical construction and commissioning phases.

What you will do

• Lead physical security projects from planning through commissioning and handover across the data center portfolio.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, project execution, and financial performance.
• Coordinate construction, engineering, procurement, security, IT, operations, and external vendor activities.
• Ensure timely procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of physical security systems.
• Resolve issues, drive mitigation plans, and report project health, milestones, risks, and progress to the PMO and Regional Manager for Physical Security.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, operational, and security standards while improving delivery processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex infrastructure, construction, or technology projects.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including coordination of multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• Working knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in Finland and provide proof of employment eligibility.

Nice to have

• Data center construction experience, particularly deploying physical security systems.
• Familiarity with access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion detection, and visitor management systems.
• Experience with security system integration, structured cabling, and coordination with construction, MEP, and commissioning teams.
• Experience with hyperscale or colocation data center projects.
