Engagement Manager

Location: Mexico City; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office for candidates within reasonable commuting distance

What you will do

• Manage customer, partner, and internal stakeholder relationships throughout pre-sales and implementation engagements.
• Assess project requirements, level of effort, solutions, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop delivery strategies and project plans for large-scale partner and enterprise implementations.
• Lead project teams, define success criteria, communicate status, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• Track project financials, manage scope and schedule changes, and resolve budget issues.
• Identify and mitigate risks, handle escalations, and support potential upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in engagement management, project management, consulting services, or a professional services environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing revenue-driven projects, including time-and-materials billing.
• Successful delivery of complex enterprise-level client implementation projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with SaaS or software products, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, plus strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Two years of experience in audit or accounting.
• PMP certification.
• Customer-oriented approach and strong business acumen.
