What you will do
- Manage multiple concurrent delivery workstreams across two Java development pods.
- Sequence the harness build against both teams and align delivery with engagement milestones.
- Track fixed-fee scope, budgets, milestones, assumptions, resource utilization, and financial performance.
- Prepare client-facing reporting covering progress, financials, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Coordinate stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Manage risks, blockers, scope changes, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in IT services, technology consulting, project management, or solution delivery.
- Experience managing complex client engagements and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience with fixed-fee engagements, including scope, budget, milestones, and financial tracking.
- Technical understanding sufficient to coordinate software engineering delivery and communicate with technical stakeholders; experience supporting Java teams is preferred.
- Strong client reporting, analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools or a strong willingness to experiment with and champion AI adoption.
