What you will do

• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge and identify their financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit, consumer lending, business banking, and other appropriate products and services.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Grow customer relationships through sales processes, follow-ups, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educate customers on banking products, services, and digital banking technology while following security and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, banking, lending, relationship management, communication, and presentation.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration or work-permit sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling skills.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
