Senior Change Management Specialist (Guidewire)

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States. US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not provided now or in the future.

Salary: $78,000–$107,250 annual base salary, plus a 15% incentive.

What you will do

• Support organizational change management across the Guidewire portfolio for the United States and Bermuda.
• Conduct change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption risk analyses.
• Engage business leaders and end users through communications, workshops, feedback sessions, FAQs, and leadership messaging.
• Support training materials, job aids, enablement resources, and readiness milestones.
• Track readiness, adoption, proficiency, and user feedback metrics through deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live reinforcement.
• Integrate change activities into release plans and maintain documentation, reporting, action items, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in change management, communications, training, organizational development, or business transformation.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption measurement.
• US work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Guidewire implementation experience.
• Prosci or comparable change management certification.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or digital adoption platforms.
