What you will do

• Develop and own end-to-end change management plans for transformation initiatives, including impact, readiness, milestones, risks, and success measures.
• Coordinate change across Operations, product, engineering, data development, data operations, client services, and Go To Market teams.
• Manage the transition of new products, platform capabilities, and data services into live production across investment data, RegTech, and related business areas.
• Coordinate go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities while ensuring people, processes, tools, and support structures are ready.
• Design and deliver training, enablement, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities to support adoption.
• Track adoption, readiness, benefit realization, risks, issues, and dependencies, feeding lessons learned into future changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading change management within complex transformation or change programmes.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or APMG Change Management.
• Experience transitioning products, systems, or ways of working into live operation and embedding adoption.
• Experience coordinating training, enablement, communications, stakeholder management, and facilitation.
• Ability to operate across a global, matrixed organisation with multiple offices and time zones, manage concurrent initiatives, and work autonomously.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, SaaS, or data and technology-led businesses; familiarity with enterprise, market, reference, or investment data workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting adoption of data and AI capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, or MSP project and programme delivery frameworks.
• Experience with resource and capacity planning or organisational design change.
• Recognised change management certification such as Prosci or APMG.
