Facility Project Manager (Facilities Management)

Location: Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA; onsite at a 24/7 customer site

Salary: USD 115,000–130,000 yearly

What you will do

• Oversee stationary engineers and facility service delivery at a 24/7 customer site.
• Manage contract cost, performance, schedule requirements, service requests, and emergency response.
• Ensure stationary engineer positions are staffed for all shifts.
• Communicate project and staffing status to the customer.
• Inspect preventive maintenance procedures, identify performance gaps, and train or retrain personnel.
• Measure productivity and quality, establish standards, and implement corrective and improvement programs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing service or construction projects of similar size, scope, and complexity as a project manager or superintendent.
• Experience managing mission-critical 24/7 government operations is required.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English for job duties and installation emergency procedures.
