What you will do

• Develop and maintain project plans across planning, design, implementation, and closeout.
• Coordinate engineering, facilities, operations, suppliers, and business unit teams to deliver milestones on time and within budget.
• Track project costs, schedules, metrics, status reports, dashboards, and corrective actions.
• Identify project risks, obstacles, and root causes, then support effective solutions.
• Partner with design and engineering teams on facility infrastructure upgrades and equipment installations.
• Track equipment service history and establish preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with facility infrastructure in semiconductor manufacturing or comparable high-tech industrial environments.
• Experience managing facility-related projects from concept through completion.
• Ability to interpret facility design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Working knowledge of hazardous gas and chemical distribution systems, facility construction, and safety requirements.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and support systems is required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
