Construction Subcontracting Manager (Waste-to-X)

What you will do

• Support subcontracting and sourcing strategies for waste-to-X plants and renewable gas projects.
• Build and maintain local supplier and contractor networks for construction lots, site lots, and framework agreements.
• Prepare procurement plans, RFQs, subcontract commercial documentation, negotiation records, and clarifications.
• Analyze supplier offers, costs, prices, and subcontract proposals, and support negotiation strategies.
• Administer site and installation lots, including cost forecasts and purchase order follow-up.
• Cooperate with tendering and construction teams and support local procurement, contracting, and urgent orders for active sites.

Requirements

• Technical education combined with proven commercial experience in procurement or a commercial department.
• Experience in a technical industry such as power, industrial projects, renewable gas, or related fields.
• Project management experience and knowledge of sourcing, bidding, and category management.
• Knowledge of IFS, SAP or another ERP system, MS Office, and e-procurement solutions.
• Understanding of Swiss and Anglo-Saxon supply contract law and quality assurance processes for supply markets.
• Good English is required; French is an advantage.
