Director, Field, ABM & Events (AI)

Location: Remote, East Coast USA; Remote, USA

Salary: $168,000–$210,000 per year; no additional commission-based compensation.

hirify.global provides a data intelligence platform and is moving its Growth Marketing team to an AI-first operating model.

What you will do

• Own the NAM and EMEA pipeline P&L and regional pipeline number.
• Lead four senior field marketers and manage the Global Events Manager.
• Lead the ABM operating rhythm, including account intelligence briefings, AVP alignment, activation, and loop closure.
• Define NAM and EMEA territory coverage models and accountability between strategic, vertical, and regional field marketing.
• Align event production with field-led account strategy and represent field marketing in ICP alignment sessions with the CRO and AVPs.
• Own account tier nominations and establish measurable pipeline contribution from the ABM motion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise field marketing with direct pipeline accountability.
• Experience managing a team of five or more direct reports.
• Experience partnering with AVP-level sales leaders through forecast calls and QBRs.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business challenges and streamline workflows.
• Experience with ABM program design, 6sense or an equivalent platform, account tier frameworks, and 1:Few programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
