Senior Field Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the Northeast region of the United States; Eastern Time Zone; travel required up to 25%

Salary: $125,360–$175,000 USD per year, plus benefits

What you will do

• Build and execute integrated field marketing plans for the East region in partnership with Sales leadership.
• Develop campaigns, events, webinars, cross-sell and upsell programs to increase account engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
• Extend global marketing activities into the region and collaborate with BDR, Sales, partner, and cross-functional marketing teams.
• Manage reseller MDF budgets and coordinate co-marketing with technology alliances and global system integrators.
• Measure campaign and event performance, using insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Represent regional marketing needs in centralized planning and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including a background in B2B field marketing.
• Experience building, delivering, and optimizing data-driven marketing plans with measurable business impact.
• Strong communication, analytical, project management, stakeholder collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, ON24, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience using AI in marketing workflows and working in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent experience.

• Enterprise cloud software, BI, or SaaS experience.
• Partner marketing experience.
