Solutions Architect (UK) (Cloud Networking)

What you will do

• Own the hands-on technical relationship with strategic enterprise customers from evaluation through production deployment, adoption, and expansion.
• Lead network architecture discussions and design, build, and deploy hirify.global-based solutions in customer environments.
• Develop automation, integrations, and deployment tooling using Terraform, APIs, and scripting.
• Collaborate with customer networking, cloud, and platform teams, as well as internal Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Conduct technical workshops, training, and whiteboard sessions for customers and partners.
• Create reference architectures and deployment guidelines while providing deep technical troubleshooting and driving resolutions with Engineering.

Requirements

• Strong cloud and networking fundamentals, including routing technologies and network security.
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as consulting, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or professional services.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience architecting and deploying cloud solutions with AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or OCI.
• Experience designing and building hybrid and public cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, and REST APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus, and flexibility to travel to customer sites.

• Experience with large-scale network design and deployment.
• Relevant technical certifications.
• BA, BS, or MS degree.
