Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; candidates must be in or near Charlotte, with in-office presence required three days a week.

What you will do

• Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for an internal platform.
• Transform static forms into dynamic, intelligent, personalized, and mobile-friendly experiences.
• Explore and integrate agentic AI capabilities, including adaptive forms, autonomous workflows, and intelligent decisioning.
• Build and manage the roadmap across business needs, market trends, and technical opportunities.
• Connect the platform with CRM systems, data pipelines, APIs, analytics, and compliance tools.
• Define KPIs such as completion rate, conversion, and time-to-value; influence cross-functional teams and mentor junior product managers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in platform or technical product management.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, data models, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience defining and delivering product vision and strategy, including modernizing legacy systems into scalable platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-driven products and strong interest or experience with agentic AI systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presence skills.
• Must be in or near Charlotte, NC; the role requires in-office work three days per week and does not offer visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with forms, workflow, or customer data platforms.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, LLMs, or orchestration frameworks.
