Talent Coordinator and Sourcer Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate interviews, recruitment, offers, and onboarding with the Talent team and Hiring Managers.
• Schedule candidate interviews and manage logistics across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Support job creation, offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and proactive sourcing through LinkedIn and job boards.
• Review and screen resumes against role requirements.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and support recruiting documentation and process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, and sourcing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with data and basic recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English required.
• Proactive, collaborative, curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
