Clinical Trial Project Manager (Clinical Operations)

hirify.global Health is rebuilding the clinical research ecosystem through infrastructure that improves trial efficiency and expands access to clinical trials for healthcare providers and patients.

What you will do

• Plan, initiate, lead, and manage contracted clinical trials from inception through completion.
• Develop project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee site selection, site initiation, patient recruitment, training, and resourcing.
• Track project progress, KPIs, blockers, budgets, and delivery risks, coordinating resources to resolve issues.
• Serve as a primary contact for sponsors, clinical research organizations, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support proposals and sales opportunities by advising on how to operationalize the platform in clinical trials.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience and a record of managing relationships with high-level enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects and using project management tools to assign, monitor, and unblock work.
• Clear communication across technology, business, and clinical teams, including peer and senior-level stakeholders.
• Comfort with data and reporting systems such as Databricks, Looker, or Tableau; strict confidentiality is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a clinical research organization, pharmaceutical company, biopharmaceutical organization, or provider organization.
• Relevant therapeutic experience and a deep understanding of digital health technologies.
