Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Configure Salesforce administration and declarative automation, including workflows, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and sharing settings.
• Lead Salesforce projects and provide architectural guidance throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Review the impact of Salesforce seasonal releases and evaluate new platform features.
• Collaborate with project managers, product stakeholders, business teams, and developers to refine requirements and deliver projects.
• Mentor team members and contribute architectural expertise to practice development.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Salesforce architect role across multiple Salesforce Clouds and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, security controls, process builders, flows, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and sharing settings.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Must be located in Latin America.
• Salesforce Admin certification required; Advanced Admin preferred.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Architect certification.
