What you will do

• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement and automate business processes using Salesforce Flows and Triggers.
• Manage platform administration including user access, data models, and sandbox environments.
• Integrate external systems like ERP or marketing tools via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing and peer code reviews.
• Perform data migration, validation, and quality improvement tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Consultant.
• Strong proficiency in Apex and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform administration and Flows.
• Understanding of GDPR and data governance principles.
• English proficiency required.
• Experience working in complex, enterprise-level Salesforce environments.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II).
• Knowledge of SQL/SOQL and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Agentforce.
• German language skills.
