Salesforce Developer (Software Engineer) (Salesforce): Maintaining and enhancing Salesforce CRM applications, including Visualforce pages, complex triggers, custom objects, integrations, and automation with an accent on solution design, platform compatibility, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building Salesforce interfaces, integrating RESTful services and databases, and solving evolving business and performance requirements within a hybrid development environment.
Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week

What you will do
- Maintain and enhance the internal Salesforce.com platform and CRM environment.
- Design and build Visualforce pages, complex triggers, custom objects, and applications interfacing with Salesforce.
- Develop solutions integrating Salesforce with third-party applications, RESTful APIs, web services, and databases.
- Evaluate processes and identify opportunities for Salesforce-enabled improvements and automation.
- Provide daily support and maintenance while driving long-term platform improvements and compatibility with evolving requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, developers, marketing, product development, sales, service, and operations teams throughout development, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Apex, Java with Spring Boot and Hibernate, .NET frameworks such as C# and ASP.NET Core, or a similar modern language.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and databases including SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
