Sr. Project Manager (Technical Training): Delivering instructor-led classes and year-long, multi-technology academies from statement of work execution through post-training evaluation with an accent on end-to-end delivery, client relationships, and technical training coordination. Focus on managing budgets and profitability, organizing cloud-based training environments, coordinating internal resources, and improving scalable delivery processes.
Location: Hybrid; on-site at the Dublin, Ireland office on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

What you will do
- Own project and program delivery from statement of work execution through post-training evaluation.
- Coordinate instructor-led classes and multi-technology academies, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, deadlines, budget, and profitability.
- Participate in pre-sale discovery with Account Executives, clients, and instructors, and ensure accurate project scoping and resource planning.
- Manage client engagements through regular calls, quarterly business reviews, technical training plans, and schedules spanning weeks to a full year.
- Determine technical setup requirements with clients and instructors and organize cloud-based training solutions.
- Improve delivery processes and infrastructure while building strong client relationships and supporting internal teams with technology and staffing needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in project or program management and a bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of customer engagement or customer success experience.
- Ability to organize multiple concurrent projects and tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to provide technical training delivery expertise to client and sales teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Dublin, Ireland two days per week as part of the hybrid schedule.
