Senior Learning Production Associate Manager (Education)

Location: Washington, DC, USA or The Hague, Netherlands; hybrid work with 1 day in the office per week

Salary: $84,314–$105,393 USD or €64,051–€80,064 EUR, negotiable depending on experience

What you will do

• Manage the development and delivery of multiple professional learning products and complex multi-workstream initiatives.
• Create and maintain workplans, reports, risk logs, project communications, and progress dashboards.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues affecting schedule, quality, and delivery.
• Facilitate scoping and kick-off meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contract and coordinate consultants and subject matter experts developing learning module content.
• Manage budgets, procurement, invoicing, payment cycles, purchase orders, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex projects, systems, procedures, and process establishment.
• Professional experience in an education environment and proven experience developing learning content at scale.
• Strong project management skills, including project tools, dashboards, status documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, and complex workstreams in a flexible, fast-changing environment.
• Excellent command of English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing change and building collaborative relationships across organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish, French, or another IB access language.
