Senior Learning Production Associate Manager

Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC, United States or The Hague, Netherlands; 1 day in the office per week preferred, with different hybrid schedules considered.

Salary: $84,314–$105,393 USD or €64,051–€80,064 EUR, negotiable depending on experience.

What you will do

• Manage the development of multiple professional learning products and complex initiatives with several workstreams.
• Track products through development using workplans, reports, risk logs, project communications, and progress dashboards.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues to keep products on schedule and aligned with quality expectations.
• Facilitate scoping and kick-off meetings and coordinate access to project systems and support materials, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Identify, contract, and coordinate consultants and subject matter experts supporting learning module content development.
• Manage budgets, payment cycles, procurement, invoicing, purchase orders, stakeholder communications, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Requirements

• Significant relevant experience in project management of complex systems, projects, procedures, and process establishment.
• Professional experience in an education environment.
• Experience managing learning content development in a matrix structure, at scale, on time, and within budget.
• Strong project management capability, including project management tools, dashboards, status documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, and complex workstreams with flexhirify.globalility and adaptability.
• Excellent command of English with well-developed communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and foster productive, collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
• Experience managing change in an international and fast-changing work environment.

Nice to have

• Fluency in writing or speaking a second language, preferably Spanish, French, or another hirify.global access language.
