Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Canada; remote and flexible work

Employment: 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through offer acceptance and pre-boarding handover.
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, direct headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and frequently hired roles.
• Drive inclusive sourcing and diversity hiring initiatives while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Manage offer negotiations and closing conversations, balancing business requirements with candidate expectations.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvements, tooling enhancements, best-practice development, and Talent team projects.

Requirements

• Deep recruitment expertise and experience managing full-cycle hiring.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage complex hiring challenges, competing priorities, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Clear, proactive communication with candidates, hiring managers, and Talent team members.
• High accuracy, accountability, collaboration, and commitment to candidate-first practices.
• Ability to keep Greenhouse data current and maintain clear visibility of hiring pipelines.
