Senior Proposal & Solution Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead proposal development for RFPs, business cases, technical documentation, project plans, solution overviews, and governance documents.
• Translate complex technical architectures into clear business value propositions for government decision-makers.
• Coordinate input from pre-sales, solution architects, subject matter experts, and delivery teams.
• Ensure proposals meet compliance, procurement, regulatory, and budgetary requirements.
• Support sales and customer engagement throughout government procurement cycles.
• Improve proposal processes by refining templates, playbooks, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT consulting, technical solution design, and proposal development, including government tenders and RFP responses.
• Hands-on expertise with datacenter, networking, workplace, or storage infrastructure and/or cyber resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value for government stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of NIS2, the ISO/IEC 27000 family, CIS Standards, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and BIO.
• Dutch passport required; eligibility for VGB-B security clearance required. Excellent Dutch and strong English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ABDO, ABRO, or FMN frameworks.
• Business case development, product adoption, go-to-market, communications strategy, and thought leadership experience.
• Project management experience with Prince2, PMI, or Agile, including requirements, scope, and change management.
• Solution architecture, design thinking, scalability, or complex government environment experience.
• ITIL, TOGAF, CISSP, or Prince2 certification.
