Client Consulting Manager (Payments)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with at least 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead consulting initiatives and support the development and closing of client engagements.
• Advise clients on fraud, risk, dispute management, payment security, and regulatory challenges.
• Develop strategies, frameworks, recommendations, and measurable insights using hirify.global data, analytics, and industry expertise.
• Analyze portfolio data, authorization performance, fraud prevention, dispute processes, customer behavior, and financial performance.
• Apply artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making and fraud mitigation.
• Manage multiple workstreams, coordinate with internal and regional teams, and serve as a key client contact.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving ability with a strategic focus on return on investment and business profitability.
• Knowledge of banking operations or payment schemes, including products, business systems, processes, fraud, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and data-driven visualization skills.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to generate meaningful business insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Deep experience and a strong performance record in a large consulting firm or corporate strategy environment.
