Digital Customer Success Manager (Remote, US)

Location: Remote within the United States; 100% remote work is available, with optional in-office or hybrid arrangements near company offices. The role may require travel to the corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other offices in North America. Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.

Annual base salary: $60,000–$70,000 USD, with a variable component included in most US locations.

What you will do

• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams to improve customer growth, satisfaction, and product loyalty.
• Facilitate problem-solving and establish effective service delivery practices, standards, tools, and processes.
• Monitor product and service usage to drive adoption, engagement, recurring revenue growth, and expansion opportunities.
• Develop customer success plans focused on adoption, expansion, and loyalty.
• Maintain expert knowledge of EverHealth platforms and understand how the product portfolio supports customer needs.
• Identify effective product workflows that close process gaps and improve customer success metrics.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant service or relationship management experience.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and solving customer problems proactively.
• Strong service delivery, relationship management, and process improvement capabilities.
• Prior SaaS account management experience is highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
